By placing an order on tulsimalashop.com, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only in the following situations:

  • The product is delivered damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product is delivered.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference or dislike of the product.
  • Orders placed by mistake.
  • Any reason other than those listed above.

2. Conditions for Claims

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving the order (including the delivery date).
  • Provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video showing:
    • The sealed package before opening.
    • The complete unboxing process.
    • The product and its condition.
  • Retain all original packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed and resolved.

Important: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • The unboxing video.
  • Photos of the product, if applicable.

After reviewing your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved:

  • Replacement: We will send a replacement product.
  • Refund: We will process a refund according to the terms below.

If we require the item to be returned, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise communicated by our support team.

4. Refunds

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to a bank account or payment method provided by the customer.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 8–15 business days after approval.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or you receive an incorrect product, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide the required unboxing video.

Claims submitted after this period or without the required video evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
