At Tulsi Mala Shop, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.

We also offer international shipping. For international shipping rates and delivery timelines, please contact us at info.tulsimalashop@gmail.com before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation or COD verification.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • COD orders are processed only after successful verification.
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges (India)

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹200.

Standard Shipping

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹200.

There are no hidden shipping charges.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities

2–4 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities

3–6 working days

Remote or Rural Areas

5–8 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier partner's website.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders above ₹300.

For COD orders:

  • Our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp for verification.
  • Orders will be dispatched only after successful verification.
  • Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

We reserve the right to restrict COD availability in certain locations or circumstances.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Products

A. Lost in Transit

If:

  • Your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or
  • The package is marked as delivered but has not been received,

please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date.

After verification with the courier partner, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

if the shipment is confirmed lost.


B. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition:

Please follow these steps:

  1. Do not discard the original packaging.
  2. Record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:
    • The sealed package
    • The opening process
    • The condition of the product
  3. Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  4. Share the unboxing video along with your order details.

After verification, we may approve:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund

Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Incorrect phone number

the customer may be required to pay the actual shipping cost for re-dispatch.


9. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed regarding significant delays.
